Christmas Dinner 2001 at the Tyson's Corner, Virginia Ritz-Carlton with my family
Below you will find a description of each course I ate at the Ritz-Carlton on Christmas Eve 2001 along with pictures. It was by far, the most amazing buffet I have ever seen, even better than the one served for brunch at the Century Plaza Hotel and Spa in Los Angeles (although I still love that one too!) I loved every item I ate, but I must confess, that the third plate was my favorite. The pinor noir reduction went together PERFECTLY with the dauphinoise potatoes... French chefs really are the best in the world!!!
